Should you ever have a problem with your order, please contact me immediately. While many, many, many customers never experience a problem with shipping or product, human & manufacturer errors do happen. Returns are accepted for manufacturer defects only. I am happy to replace or refund the purchase(d) amount.

- $5.00; up to 8 yards quilting weight or up to 3 yards heavy weight - USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope
- $9.95; 9+ yards quilting weight or 4+ yards heavy weight - USPS or UPS
USPS Priority service includes FREE delivery confirmation. Insurance is additional at your request.
CANADA -

Insurance is not available for International service, however the United States Postal Service has proven to be a very reliable method for overseas shipping. Of the many overseas customers who shop with me, all have received their orders.

The Fabric Queen accepts: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, USA Money orders, personal & business checks.
A Paypal account is NOT NECESSARY to make your payment with your credit card.
Upon checkout a window will appear. Click on 'if you do not have a Paypal account' - continue. A new window will appear where you may input your credit card information.
Is Your Payment Processing Secure? TOP
Yes. I use internationally renowned Paypal for my secure SSL server. Your credit card information is protected & secured by Paypal and is not viewed by me nor any other source.
Do You Charge Sales Tax? TOP
Sales tax is charged ONLY to shipping addresses located in Texas. The rate is 8.25%.
